A structured 12-month programme equipping young South Africans aged 16–25 with leadership skills, civic knowledge, and professional networks. Participants graduate as community ambassadors ready to lead change in their own neighbourhoods.

Community Advocacy Network

A grassroots coalition of community representatives, legal advocates, and policy experts working to amplify marginalised voices in government and public discourse. The network has submitted 8 formal policy proposals to date.

Ubuntu Wellness Initiative

Holistic wellbeing programmes addressing mental health, nutrition, and community care in underserved areas. Ubuntu Wellness partners with local clinics and NGOs to deliver free workshops, counselling referrals, and nutritional support.

Literacy & Learning Circles

Weekend reading and learning circles for children and adults in communities with limited access to quality education. Facilitated by trained volunteers, the circles focus on critical thinking, storytelling, and lifelong learning.

Voices from the Ground

A community storytelling and media project that trains residents to document and share their own stories through audio, video, and written formats. Stories are published on a public platform and shared with policymakers.

Small Business Solidarity Fund

A community-backed micro-grant programme supporting small business owners in townships and informal settlements. The fund provides seed capital, mentorship, and market access to entrepreneurs who lack access to formal banking.
